What Data We Collect
GradeCalculators.org is designed to respect your privacy. All grade and GPA calculations happen entirely in your web browser. We do not send, store, or process your grades, scores, course names, or any academic data on our servers.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users. It collects only aggregate, anonymized page view data (page URL, referrer, country, browser type) to help us understand which calculators are most useful and how to improve the site.
Cookies
Our own code does not set cookies. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set functional cookies needed for security and performance. Google AdSense, described below, may set advertising cookies. Every cookie is listed on our cookies policy page.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads, which keeps the calculators free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets Google and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of cookies from other participating vendors at aboutads.info. Google explains what it collects in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. Ads never receive the grades or scores you enter into a calculator.
Third-Party Links
Our content may link to external websites (university registrar pages, College Board, etc.). These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices.
Children's Privacy
GradeCalculators.org is a general-purpose educational tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We don't collect personal data from any user, and the grades you enter never leave your browser. Advertising partners such as Google operate under their own policies for younger audiences.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as the site evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
